Google and Facebook - Hardware
Currently an ICT3. Heard Facebook and Google hardware teams dont have as much hardware expertise as they like and so are buying employees from traditional hardware companies What can a Masters + 2YOE expect if he/she were to move to Facebook or Google Hardware. Any insights are appreciated.

Why Samsung specifically?
250k. If you go apple will black list you for hw teams and walk u out the same day. Especially if you are in the silicon teams. Execs wanna keep employee salaries low and theirs high. Several have taken the plunge, why work 60hr work weeks and get paid for 25-30 when there are others willing to be reasonable?
