Google and OCI offers but OCI delaying official offer
Got L4 offer from Google 150 base + 350 RSU + 30 sign on. Expecting an offer from OCI but hiring manager said it will take 4 weeks for official offer. By that time, the Google offer expires. Can I mention OCI offer as counter to Google. Problem is OCI is not giving exact numbers of the offer yet. If Google recruiter asks for offer, I will not have anything to send. 62 @ MS. What if competing offer is verbal.. will Google accept verbal competing offer or require a screenshot
Google won’t budge with OCI’s offer. Company’s reputation matters aswell and recruiters know Google is awesome.
I’ve got offer from OCI couple of months ago. Getting offer letter takes a while but I was told the number the day I got the verbal offer. In terms of number, you’ll get more at OCI for sure.
