Current targets look like, L4 - 80K L5 - 120k L6 - 180k L7 - 280k For meeting expectations you get around this or lower (and mgr/dirctor can adjust upward a lot). For exceeding 25% more and it could go as high as 50-80% for high performers.

Internal spreadsheet has significantly lower numbers. Looks like the target for l4 is 60-70, l5 is 90-100
