Google can't be that easy to get in... right?

Newer SE here... looking at job postings on Google's site. SEIII with just 1 year experience needed in JS, Bachelor's or relevant experience.... Is the bar really that low right now for Google? Or is the interview process where the hard part lies? #google

It’s both the interview and getting your application looked at. The real test though is getting through their interview process and constant delays without gouging out your eyes.

They check your degree certificate one more time during the interview for legitimacy and then you’re through. Try negotiating for a better level. Good luck!

Google SE3 is L4(1 level above new grad). But if you do get accepted with 1 yoe on js, 95% chance they will downlevel the shit out of you.
