Google compensation for 2.5 yoe
I have a call with my onsite recruiter at Google tomorrow. She stated in the email that she wants me to have an idea of what my salary expectations are. They didn’t ask me this last year when I interviewed. What should I say? What’s the max Google would be willing to offer me assuming I do well on interviews and have competing offers. 2.5 yoe - 1 year at Facebook.
They asked the same thing to me. I opened levels.fyi and told them the mean salary

My previous recruiter couldn’t answer the question of whether or not I’d be considered for an L4 or L3 role. I think my onsite recruiter will answer this tomorrow.
