Google early career?

Hey guys, Looks like Google Early Career is still hiring, I’m not sure if new grad (campus) is. Despite applying for the campus role with a referral, I never heard back with an OA, and didn’t even get a rejection. I literally just got ghosted, which is disappointing because a lot of my friends got an OA and they don’t have like amazing experience or anything. My question is, I took Goldman instead and now I have 8 months of experience…is it too early to apply for Google early career (which is for ppl with 1-3 YOE)?? I’ve heard googles process could take months so I kind of want to apply now. And if so, what’s the difference between campus and early career? I’m assuming early career may have system design interviews? If you do think I should apply to early career now, I’d appreciate a referral 🙏. Thanks!! TC: 🥜 (trying to change this🤧) YOE: 8 months

So you’re saying I should apply for early career even if I’m 4 months away from 1 YOE?
