Both the offers are kind of final. Only possibility is on Joining Bonus, which i have asked them to bump up. waiting for the recruiter's reply
Does Nvidia asks for proof of counter offers ? I only have verbal offer, and some email exchanges with recruiter, without any numbers on it.
For HW role, definitely Nvidia.
If it’s PD role go to Google .. Nvidia PD role is very restrictive Anything else go to Nvidia

Nvidia is better for the HW
Nvidia RSU vest 25% for first year, for remaining years, it’s quarterly vesting NVDA doesn’t give yearly bonus so keep that in mind.
But it has a great espp(2year look back)
There is an IRS limit on how much you can put towards ESPP, so it won’t beat google bonus easily
RSU of Nvidia can go upto 600k and sign on to 80k.
Nvidia generally giving out good offers and not negotiating a lot and let candidates go instead of bidding.. my personal experience
