How do I become a part of the hiring committee at Google? Are there minimum qualifications or time period? I guess I need to become an interviewer first? New tc 500k

Whats your level and role?
A quick search on moma will give you the answer. Some cliff notes: - have worked at google for 6+ months - have conducted 15+ interviews - have not received a low rating in recent perfs - have discussed it (or plan to discuss it) with your manager - can dedicate the required amount of time to it (a few hours per week) and can commit to joining 80%+ of the meetings in the coming cycle
