If I move from Google india to US , do I get paid the minimum of my current level in US or my current compensation in India is considered What happens to the RSUs

Your future RSUs will be based on new location. Only base will be adjusted. Existing RSUs remain the same.
Your current comp would be translated to a ratio and applied on a salary point of new location. Some misc stuffs would be considered, too. RSU remains same.
