Google interview
I had given interviews in December, and the feedback was positive. But after completion and positive feedback, a new recruiter was assigned to my application as the position for which I was interviewed was filled. She told me I was considered for L3. And I was interested in L4; she asked me to give interviews again. last week during my phone screening round the interviewer didn't join, and when I followed up she told me that the interview is canceled and my application is now assigned to a new recruiter. She asked me to reach out to her. Really frustrated. What should I do. I didn’t get any response yet. Tc 32lpa Total experience 3 years
It's happening a lot these days. Recruiter ghosting has become a norm now
What your current level?
Take a deep breath count to 10. Find something to do to get your mind off these setbacks. Consider what other options you have to achieve goals and bring you happiness. Get active and be patient.
It's literally frustrating when you prepare for a few months and interviews get canceled.

This is the norm at google. Getting an offer there can take years of persistence
