Google interview
I am from platform background interviewed at google for the embedded role. Had been told interview is going to be more towards embedded. Then came this couple of interviewers at the end freaking asked me this complex graph algorithm.I blanked out completly . Feeling real bad ! I did do graph algorithm but not too much As embedded domain needs wide breath of knowledge including operating system, hardware i didnt have time to practice much graph algorithm.I. solved 60 leetcode mediums maybe not enough. Will prepare for my next try
That’s crazy, keep leetcoding, next time you will get it, don’t give up. Apply to other companies like Apple, msft....
I went for google with about 200 med. leetcode done.. still failed.. got bawled with outrageous non leetcody algo questions.. finally Amazon worked out..

Google hiring is broken
Yes I mean they’ve changed the questions as well . They give this weird story like problem statement which takes 5-10 min to understand and then you take 10-15 min for algorithm and then when it’s time to code you are overtime !
Leetcode man, leet harder. I wish someone would have told me that 10yrs ago
