L3 swe, mountain view Base 129k Sign on 20k Stock 268k/4yr Tc 216k for 1st year and 196k for rest Current tc 150k 3 yoe Strongly positive feedback from the interview, I think I aced in 4, the other one was ok. I was verbally told I'll be given an offer from fb, possibly sde2(is it l3 in fb?) but role is enterprise engineer so I am not sure if there tc will be higher. Any thoughts on what my strategy should be to get higher tc? How high do you think this offer can go?

Try for more rsu’s? Put google and Facebook against each other. Email or call your recruiter at Facebook that you just got a google offer but are super interested in working at Facebook because of the importance of it’s Mission and it’s cool products. Don’t tell them how much you got from google. Then go back to google after you get your fb offer and tell them you love their products and admire the company but you got an offer from Facebook and we’re wondering if they could bump the rsus (should be able to get up to 400k for l3). Rinse and repeat

Are you including target bonus (15%) in the TC? 129*1.15 + 268/4 + 20 = 236k for first year. Received similar offer for Seattle L3. 4 yoe.
