Dear all, how does it work with the levels at Google for non-tech roles? What i read so far is that you start on a level assigned by HC, for example L5. Is there a natural progression? E.g. every 2 years 1 level higher? How easy (how long) is it to grow drom L5 to L6, L6 to L7, L7 to L8 and L8 to L9? What if you remain on same level, does your salary grow? How does the bonus work? There is the agreed one with 10-20% per year, but then there are shares on top? On what depend those both bonuses? What if you move to another site / country on same level, will the salary be adjusted? Thanks!! #google

L6 promo is probably the hardest from what I hear. No guarantee you'll make it.
You from from L5 to L6 or L6 and beyond? Why is so?
L5 to L6. I've seen people who are extremely smart unable to make it. G really protects L6 onwards.
