If an offer comes in with insane number, will Google always match it? 2. Does Google match package depend on interview feedback? e.g. match a strong candidate but not borderline candidate 3. Not always. One of my friends got offers from Netflix and an L4 offer from google. His Yoe is 5. He got $400k+ from Netflix but google offer after negotiation was around 300k and they said they won’t go above that number.
