Google moving HQ to Sunnyvale?

I don't believe so. But when they build over there, they will have connectivity with their Amphitheater campus via the bay side (through NASA which they already have access to). And they already have new buildings in same vicinity where their Cloud division is.

Hope they are not. Traffic is crazy already without bunch of Googlers coming in ...

Caribbean too small to be HQ. Diridon station could be new HQ
