Google negotiations now that hiring freeze is here
TC : $210 Hello, I'm waiting for results of additional rounds from HC for L4. Currently approved for L3 by HC and have matched with a team. My recruiter said they'll try to get me an offer letter by early next week if possible. Depending on L3 or L4, will still probably have to negotiate, but I'm wondering how I should go about it to sign the offer as fast as possible to avoid a hiring freeze as well as negotiate for pay. I was thinking of having a call with the recruiter after additional rounds result to express expected numbers to try to get around comp talks if possible. Is this the right way to go? Or should I just stay put and wait for initial numbers before saying anything?

Only numbers for current salary. I'm at the onsite stage for Door dash ATM but I don't think I'll have enough time to get a competing offer.
They won't take current comp into account. Any tips for the DD phone technical interview? Is it LC tagged?
I doubt they’ll pull offers that are in-flight
If they are going to pull the number there is nothing you can do to prevent that. Let it flow to you so that you have the negotiating power.
Did your recruiter let you know today about getting the offer letter? According to other posts, seems like the news came out today about offers being put on pause
