How to negotiate with recruiter? Do you need to share all the number from competing offer including company name or just provide ballpark of what you are looking for or say a number and tell them that this will make you join? What happens if you ask too high ? I guess asking too low is easy acceptance TC:300k Initial offered :340k TC

You take the competing offers add to it, and then say that's what you're hoping for and you really want to work for Google so you need their help to make the decision easier. 340 is low for your experience.
If you have a competing offers then do the recruiter asks for some kind of proof or just the numbers of competing offer is good enough to negotiate
Depends on the recruiters but generally your word is enough. Unless of course they are really anal. No recruiter has ever asked me for proof
Negotiations works well if you what’s their need and how desperate to hire someone like you. So it’s all about timing. Don’t fool around thinking same tips works in your case. Having a different offer might work but as I said earlier, it’s the time
