Google offer (non tech)
Just received an offer for L5 non tech. total comp about 270K in bay area. 170K base + 300K/4 stock. Any recommendations? anything else I could do to raise the offer?#offer #google current TC 228K in Seattle, feels definitely a gap. yoe 6, strategy and operations

170 * 1.15 + 300 / 4 = 270.5
