Poland is 1000x better to hire in for US. Better skills on average, better time zone, everyone under 35 speaks English, and pay is roughly on par with India tech hubs.
India, Poland, Brazil, and Mexico. It's everywhere now. Look at Dropbox, Box, Pinterest, etc. And pay band has dropped considerably for many companies like Stripe. Pain is just getting started. It's a race to the bottom for the younger generation.
