Passed hiring committee. Waiting for a team match. No offer numbers yet. How is Google's on-hire stock grant price calculated? Is it based on closing price on grant date? or 30 day average? When can I expect the stock to be granted if my joining date is July 1st? 8YOE. 400K TC. #google

Interviewed for L5 but got downleveled to L4 by HC.
July 1 join date would mean you grant is on 8/1 with average of July stock price.
Thank you. What's the cut off date that decides which month stock price is used for grant?
The 24th. Meaning if you joined on 6/23, you would get granted on 7/1 with June averages
