It can be anything. Recruiter told me that things are looking positive and called me next day to say HC decided not to move forward. So Keep the hope at the lowest level possible till you get the offer to your hand
Lol this was my experience and he just said he’d follow back in 6 months. Typical recruiter shit but very friendly experience.
I thought the timeout was 12 months? I’m expecting a HC reject and it’d be great if I could reapply in 12 months :)
