Google onboarding
Starting next week. For the GTI/onboarding am I expected to go into the office or is this something that I can do from home? How long does the onboarding training last for? TC: 330k

Interviewed last July. The entire process from interviewing to team match took about 10 months

Someone on my team is currently going through GTI and they come into office. Personally I’d ask your manager as you go through GTI with people you might not be working with.

Courses spread over a few weeks. Last person I know who went through GTI was still before RTO, so I don’t know if there’s a change in policy, but it’s of course been remote the last few years. If you’re collocated with your cohort, maybe you’ll go in. You can ask your recruiter or HM for more info.
