Google onsite in 45 days

I have my Google onsite after 45 days. I have solved 200 LC, mostly mediums and hards. Cleared Amazon interview with ease. However, I still feel I am underprepared for Google interview and don’t feel very confident. How should I utilise my time to be better prepared? Things I can focus on: * More LeetCode * InterviewBit * Study EPI * Mock interview practice * GeeksForGeeks Can someone please advise what should be my approach?

Leetcode Google tagged questions should be good starting point.

How was the Amazon on-site interview? Did you turn down the offer?

Morgan Stanley qazxswedt OP Feb 22, 2019

Amazon onsite was easy for me as I was prepared and had solved a variety of questions. Mostly standard questions from LC medium. Yes I’ll turn down Amazon offer

Awesome 👍 what TC did they offer? Did you practice with whiteboard for Amazon? I have to schedule my Google interview too but not sure whether to schedule it after my other interviews or before as I have been reading posts about Google interview being traumatic experience and I don't want it to affect my confidence for others! Also you have 45 days so I would suggest you to read "Designing data intensive applications" book. It will be very handy for system design questions.

Do some reading on system design and keep working on LC hards.

I have 1.5 yoe, will they test me on system design?

Do Google tagged all medium and popular hard questions for sure. simultaneously schedule face to face mock interviews with frens. Also practice on whiteboard (very imp). Keep last 1 week for revision. You are on the track. Dont worry. All the best! 😊

I would honestly not even bother trying to do more problems, and instead revisit ones you solved, see if you can solve them again using pen/paper or whiteboard, write your own test cases, be able to discuss space/time complexity confidently, and think about how you might be expected to solve a follow-up to the question or discuss other ways to solve the problem w/ pros and cons, including how to handle the problem at scale.
