Google offer is ~300K TC. FB offer is ~290K TC. Which company would be better to work at for HW?

The main benefit of FB over Google is high comps. When your Google offer is higher you should take it

I would vote for FB if it is infra group (not oculus ) as the team is growing and will have a chance to grow ,same applies for google TPU team ,consumers hardware is not worth
