Google personal projects policy (specifically game dev)?
What is Google's policy regarding employee's personal projects? I'm specifically interested in game development. At Meta there's a formal conflicts process, and generally solo game dev type projects (eg. if I wanted to make a little mobile game and release it on iOS/Android) are approved. What's Google's position on these kinds of personal projects? #google

Google has the same type of process as Meta.
They don't need to know anything. As long as you don't use your work computer for it and work on your personal project on company time, i don't see a reason why they would care. They don't own your free time.
