Google pre-HC team match
My google recruiter wants to team match before HC and I’m fairly certain it’s because of borderline interview performance. I’m sure it’s because I was slow in my last coding round. Do you think I could ask him for 1 or more additional coding rounds to improve HC chances instead of manager support? I know HC will sometimes recommend additional rounds and that would be ideal but I want to avoid a reject with my current packet + manager support. Thoughts?

Like keep_calm says, I’ve seen a bunch of folks post that they went directly to HC, probably all hire/strong hire ratings
We don't do additional coding rounds based on interviewers request. You might get additional rounds if HC wants.
