Had my onsite interview with Google for a product analyst role recently. One day following the interview the recruiter says they're still gathering and evaluating the feedback and I should know about potential next steps within a week. 4 of the interviews I think I did well or very well on. 1 of the interviews I thought I did acceptable but less than ideal. Give me some votes on what you think the outcome will be. Yoe:10 Current tc: $250 #google
OP: did you get it?
Yah l4 tho :(
what's the pay range and will you take it? whats your current role? I have a FB DSA offer and waiting for PA result
Congrats on getting the job! Were you a BIE at Amazon? This is my ideal transition, but only have 6mo experience so far haha.
Product manager
Did you end up taking the offer? Amazon PM to Google PA doesn't sound like a typical career progression
I declined
Was offer to low or just cause of downlevel?
Just bc of downlevel
How long is your interview? My on-site is 6 hour. It is damn long… can you share yours?
Mine was also 6 hours
It is crazy. Did you have time to eat lunch within that 6 hours?
Yes I had time to eat lunch
Op: did they ask only SQL or Python as well?
Isn't 10 YOE too much for PA role? What level?
I'm expecting L5 but maybe L6. I don't think 10 YOE is too much because everyone who interviewed me was also a PA and older than me!
That's great. Can you share some questions that we were asked in your phone screening round? (Got one coming next week)
