Has anyone had a google recruiter ghost them after saying that you’re moving to the on-site rounds and asking for availability? I’ve not heard back for a couple weeks now even after multiple follow ups. Tc 180k Yoe 4 #tech #google

Yeah, similar experience after a good 2nd phone screen.. Someone gave me good answer. Mostly they are considering other candidates and you are not high on pecking order. Sucks., i know that is not what you want to hear but that's exactly what the recruiter told me after 4 weeks of ghosting.
