I was in talks with and scheduling my first interview with a Google Recruiter and found out via linkedin that the recruiter was just impacted by the layoff. I dont want to be insensitive and ask if theres anyway I could still be considered but I also feel like I should just assume the door is closed. I had already done a mock interview through the champion program and crushed it but now this.
