Google recruiting feedback. Real / ! ?

Question for larger community. I've finished the onsite interview and told my packet is being sent to the hiring committee (hc). I'm curious what are my chances? I had 3 coding rounds and did well on 2, one passable (very hard question, solved but not optimal). System design and behavior I believe I did well. Want to know how feedback is ranked in the Google recruiting process. (Hire, strong hire, etc.) Recruiter said my coding wasn't as strong as he liked, but also mentioned talking with hiring manager later on. I'm curious if I genuinely didn't do as well as self perception, or the recruiter is trying to low-ball my expectations for future negotiations. Thoughts appreciated. They are probably being honest about their interpretation of the feedback received.

They need at least 3 positives to move to the hc. And pass rate is something like 1 out of 5. But most likely they offer option for one level down. Let us know if you got any updates.
