Google relocation policy
I’m in final stages with Google and likely to get an offer. Also, in the process of renewing my lease. Can someone tell me about Google’s relocation policy? Specifically, do they cover lease break? If yes, how many months? Also, is there an option to take lump sum instead of relocation? TC: 🥜🥜#
You have the option between a managed move and a cash out option, if you qualify for relocation For my L4 offer, it was either 24k before tax (~15k after), or a managed move where you can choose what services you want. Each service costs a certain number of points, and you have a lump sum of points you can use. I believe anything you don't use goes to waste but I'm not sure. You might be able to use some points to break the lease, but I'm going for the cash out option so I didn't look too closely at the managed move
