I am joining Google Bangalore in coming weeks. Joining as L4 I have a couple of questions. 1 . I have signed the agreement, whats next from here? Will i hear from recruiter or onboarding team or my manager? 2 .By when will I be able to get my laptop and start working? 3. Also Would be RSU grand start date? TC 60 LPA yoe 8 #google #remoteonboarding
Google should be able to pay Higher TC for this yoe

1. You should get an onboarding link soon which will have all the details. 2. I think they should send it before your start date though i am not sure 3. First Monday of next month of joining
thanks @moqgo. for 3 - In my offer letter it is written that , it will be monthly avg of previous month from joining date. But on blind I see different opinions . which one is correct?

Whats the policy with getting phones (devices) at Google? Does it need to approved by the manager? Can it be ordered along with the laptop? What devices are available?
Pixel and iPhones are available. You can pick one after you join. You choose a laptop before you join. No manager approval needed for either. No manager approval needed for additional monitors, ergonomic equipment either.
