What is the earliest one can be considered again at Google if didn’t make it past the interviews? Does it differ between on-site and phone?
1 year
Instead ask to consider another team?
Another function? like ops, sales etc?
Yes, unless it was already for common SW ENG or PM role.
Nope. The recruiter told me to wait for year before reapplying
Also, imo, Google seems to be a good company to earn but not that great for a PM role. Engineers call the shots
I've been recruited 3 times. each about 1.5 years apart
1/0
0 if didnt get past phone?
You don’t know what 1 divided by zero is? No wonder you are a failure
The usual wait time is 1yr between attempts, however there is an often used loophole by recruiters to resubmit the candidate for a slightly different job ladder. This allows recruiters to get candidates re-interviewed sooner.
Trick another googler into selling his soul to Satan and you're in like Flynn
It is 1 year for the same role. For another role you can apply right away again
