I heard rumors that performance reviews at Google have become harder ie more people calibrated to be in the bottom in the curve. Are people at bottom automatically on Sci or pip? TC 200K
What is CME and MI?
Consistently meets expectations Medium impact
Moderate Impact. The target is Significant Impact (SI)
dont worry. we have bunch of Amazon SDMs joined Google .. they will raise the pip bar 😂
The only reason I am not interviewing with Google 🖕
Lol, this from an Amazonian? We're nowhere near PIP factory despite what you read on blind
In process of leaving the PIP factory before they come for me
You used to fly under the radar with low cme.. you were just given cme. We were told it's low cme, still cme, don't worry. Now low cme has a separate rating, mi. This rating means you're getting 90% of your bonus and stock. And you're stuck with it for a year. So you won't be able to transfer with that. And with the layoffs everyone is scared and working harder than before to avoid mi. But I believe 8% of us will get it. Previously they added sci so you needed an sci before getting mi. They did away with sci last month. Everyone celebrated. But that means you have no idea if you will get mi, it could happen at the last minute during calibrations. Personally I'm just trying to stay employed for another year when rates go down and it's not so insane.
Lmfaoo 90% of your bonus and stock for underperforming?! Over here we get 80% bonus and 60% stock for “meeting most expectations but failing to meet a few”
Hm, I think it’s 85/85 for us.
