Working on a project you don’t like or working with someone who you hate?
i heard it became october
How much refreshers will you get by having worked for only 30 days?
no, if he joined in 2022, he will get 0 refresher for year 2022. seems stupid only get refresh starting from 2024
Why will he get 0 for 2022? In Dec 2022, won’t he get refresh? My question was what’s the benefit of joining on Dec 2021 vs Jan 2022? How much refresher stock will he get if he starts working on Dec 2021?
What did your recruiter say? There is so much conflicting info here in blind. And, my recruiter mentioned don't count on refreshers for first two years that's why vesting is front loaded to offset.
Can you please share your YoE?
I’d join before dec 31. For what I know, there is no refresher on the first incomplete year, you then get a refresher at the end of the first full year (where you were employed ok Jan 1st) There are rumors of a different cutoff, not clear evidence yet. Joining in the first quarter is not ideal.
How many dates in December for onboarding? Can you pls confirm?
I heard googles new policy is where you have to be employed through 2 performance review cycles to get it. Guess there’s 2 a year, so on your second review you’d get the first refresher award
Dec 31 was the cutoff for refreshers. Saw some posts recently saying that’s been changed, though I never saw a confirmation. You could just play it safe if it isn’t a big deal and start December
Thanks this helps!
