How does google train new on board folks? Do they have events like ignite or ready (in msft terms) ?
Everyone does GTI, there are also team specific starter projects for nooglers to help them ramp up. And there's a whole site dedicated to specific skills you want to learn. And yes, in non-covid times Google has a bunch of conferences. Though I don't think any were as big as ignite
Google also has a bunch of training’s that you can register and attend online or self study
