Google vs Alphabet bets TC and perks
Does anyone know how new hire offers compare between Google and other Alphabet bets such as Verily, Loon, or Waymo? I know they give different stock units, but is the expected value different? Also, are perks like vacation, insurance, 401k, etc. different? Current TC ~300K, not at Google.

I got an offer from Waymo and we have the exact same perks as Google, just that we do not receive public RSU/options (GSU)
But including WSU options is expected comp far higher?
Nope pretty much the same comp as google
