Google TC: 200k Houzz TC: 240k base 150k Not sure which to join. And don’t know much about houzz culture. Also not sure if it has the potential to ipo. Anyone from houzz know if there will be an ipo soon? Tc: 170k Yoe: 3

The Houzz seems at least SWE2, I don’t think Houzz can be paying that much. Now I think it depends what you’re looking for. If you prefer stability/WLB in terms of a bit of TC, you should join Google and grow your career there.

Google used atleast match TC previously. Now they won't budge unless it's some other high paying high growth company like FB, instacart etc

Google doesn’t match now at all, period. They didn’t match my FB offer at the same level. I saw many blind posts recently where they didn’t match FB. It sucks 🥲
