I second that - 260k initial offer for L3 is incredible. It's even more incredible that there's a gap of 2 levels between the two options. In your shoes I'd go with LinkedIn no doubt.

Go with LinkedIn. Higher TC. Better work life balance. Great work culture. Best food in the industry. Also microsoft stock is doing well. No way you would regret that.
Why wlb better?
You are not expected to work for more than 8 hours a day or work at odd hours unless there is a production issue. No tight deadlines. You get to estimate your own work and deliver. Just have to remember that you will be rewarded based on your contributions.

it’s the worst company i’ve worked for _by a mile_ - worst micromanagement i’ve heard of and seen - shitty hacky engineering and 3 month commitments, yolo your way though shit and get a promo, let the others deal with the fallout - absolutely worst tooling in the industry, some people there are smart but can’t do shit due to the above, many are just fucktards though - pro politicians being managers, no additional explanation is necessary, mostly lies, hypocrisy and little shitty tricks - really lots of mediocre people even in infra, everything is a shitshow, most teams need many weeks to produce a barely deployable shit they then deploy for another weeks the list goes on forever, this place sucks in almost all possible ways* *the food is great and you get one inDay a month which is like a day off

You'd be at top end of l3. Without a promo you wouldnt get a decent raise. Promo takes 2-3 years
