All three are great companies, but since my current company is a tiny startup, I don't know if I should go for a more established name like Google/LinkedIn on my resume or a pre IPO unicorn like DoorDash. I heard mixed reviews about DoorDash, mostly about they have a very green management and engineering team. But I think with that much capital raised and fast growth, they can fix that very quickly if they want to, I could be very wrong here. I don't really care about wlb and perks too much, I'm young and mostly concern about personal development and future career/financial trajectory. Role: font-end/mobile YOE: 2.5 yr TC: 220k - 250k/yr (all three are in this range, numbers are still in the talk) Thanks!
If u r not Asian don’t go to Doordash. They tend to discriminate a lot!!
I’m dying this is so funny
Serious question is this true or sarcasm?
Depends on team from google/linkedin but if you’re at a tiny start up now why not go to the opposite and see what you like?
LinkedIn is a Java house, not much tech growth.
It depends on ur career goals. Where do u want to see ur self in 5 years?
For big companies like Google and LinkedIn, the growth opportunities depend a lot on the team you are joining.
