Note: Google has been negotiated completely. Square and Meta do not negotiate for New Grads Google (Cambridge, MA): Base: 127k RSU: 130k / 4 years (33, 33, 22, 12) Bonus: 19k (15%) Sign-on: 35k Team: Google Commerce (Travel) Review: 223k for Y1, 188 Y2 _____________________________________ Meta (remote): Base: 118k RSU: 150k / 4 years Bonus: 11.8k (10%) Sign-on: 50k Team: N/A until after Bootcamp Review: 217k for Y1, 167k reoccurring _____________________________________ Square (remote): Base: 120k RSU: 170k / 4 years Bonus: N/A Sign-on: 10k Team: Seller Review: 162k reoccurring I really prefer remote and coming into office on my own terms. Square was my ideal company but seems like joining as a new grad and getting promoted internally is worse for TC than reinterviewing for higher role (which will let me negotiate). Right now my plan is to choose Google, stick it out for ~2 years, and evaluate if I want to jump to Meta or Square. G for prestige and TC
Yep that’s the way to go!
Hey, can I DM you about google? Currently interviewing with them for the Cambridge office. Would love to speak with you!
Didn't know square and meta paid so low for new grad
Most of the google new grad offers I've seen are much lower than OP's offer.
Loving in Cambridge as a NG sounds like ass (you’d prolly need a car, too, so big TC dent)
Google. Cambridge is a pretty nice office
maybe factor in fast promo to E4 at Meta. Easily within a year
given high inflation, why arent companies adjusting salary for new grads?
How much more money you want for new grads Lmao
