This is true. I know a startup founder who admits he does this to con his employees into taking less vacation and having less debt on the books.
For the same position? Would already have pedigree on my resume? What are my career goals? Do I want to leave a FAANG and become director Oracle by just killing it there? Do I want to coast? This is a more complicated questions that it sounds!
