G L4 for 11 YOE ???
That's super low
what is Application Engineer?
All three are different positions? I'd take Box since that's the only one that is true Software Engineer. Don't take Salesforce. That's more in the Sales or Customer facing side.
💯 role matters
Refreshes are hard to come by at that level at Salesforce. Go with the bigger stock grants.
Is the interview process for Application Engineer easier than regular SWE? Did you study lots of LC? Do you have have prior knowledge in Salesforce languages (apex, aura, lwc)?
SWE is better than the other 2.
I don’t understand. All of them are different roles. 1. Application Engineer is closely related to application support. No dev work. 2. Technical Architect is a very customer facing+support+sales related job. Little dev work. 3. Sr. SWE — most likely full dev work What kind of work are you looking for in a new role? Are you in for the brand tag? That’ll answer the question easily
Correction - application engineer is not support work. It's a Dev work if you are a generalist but you will be working for internal applications as oppose to swe who work on external facing products
Goog is much better place to be from (resume/marketing wise). It’ll open doors rest of career if you can stay for two to three years. Same with any Fang+m.
Box has no refreshers for majority so be careful
🤔 - Half of the staff get refreshers every year…
Solid offer from Google for L4😊. What's the location?
Not for 11 YOE
It is for L4, I get Yoe part which is leveling issue
