Seriously OP? Sprinklr is dogshit , Run away and join Google . Its like asking I am getting a brand new Ferrari and Toyota at the same price, what should i buy?
Sprinklr and Learning Opportunities LOL!
Seriously man 😂
Sprinklr is basically 10x7
I worked at Sprinklr for a year and then moved to Google. I can vouch for everything everyone has said here. Culture hasn't been good and will not improve anytime soon. Eventually you'll feel like abandoning the sinking ship if not now.
1. What was your TC after first year at sprinklr 2. How much did google offer you 3. Did you have counter offers 4. How did you manage prepration along work
If you haven't decided yet then abort the sprinklr ship, it's SHIT. have been working for 2years, non-existent to no personal life, too much work and toxic management. Wouldn't even say that it's team dependent cz every team is shit management wise
Are you regretting your decision?

Google No brainer Decision Pay: In long run, Google pay will outmatch Sprinklr due to stock appreciation and refreshers. Learning opportunities: Higher in Google since you'll have loads of teams to explore, you can move to GCP if you are looking for fast pace culture. Not to mention the ability to switch to different locations at Google. WLB: Can be good/avg at Google. Would be terrible at Sprinklr for full time engineers. It's very common to work on Weekends, even holidays most of the year, with each day being a heavy one. Growth/Promo: I have seen people being promoted quicker at Google and slower ones too. Avg that i have seen is 1.5 - 2 years at both places to SDE-II/Senior Product. Lowball: Since it's a new grad, this is standard. Lowball happens on external offers. You are getting similar pay at both places. Refreshers should make up for decelerating vesting. Brand: Heavy win for Google. A lot of engineers/HM have no clue what sprinklr is. You'll get much more opportunities even in later part of career due to Google brand.
Close friend worked at sprinklr for a year , can confirm working on saturdays for 8-9 hours almost every week at sprinklr .
