Google vs Uber [ India ]
Cleared google interviews, team matched to GCP, work seems good and challenging. But mixed reviews on blind. In uber work is boring for my team and I have exhausted the learning which uber india has to offer. Also uber bangalore culture has degraded since I joined, will google be better in that scenario ? Would it be wise to consider the offer ? L4 at both YOE : 3 U TC: 53 ( 33 base rest stock and bonus ) G TC: 65 ( 35 base + 100k stocks front loaded, rest bonus )

Yes, do the jump not because of TC but since you feel uber doesn't have much to offer you in terms of learning.
If you are not enjoying the learning at Uber you won't at Google as well IMO. Google is slower, ton of processes and lesser output. If you want to learn processes and all I will suggest jumping otherwise the TC jump is not that high.
What about GCP, lots of new teams and services coming up as I learned from HM while team match !
Culture in uber India has degraded a lot, how is the culture there ?

GCP teams in India are as good as working in a different company. Everyone up till directors are new hires. Learning at Google might be even lesser, since we're slower and have a tech island of sorts. And yeah, not having tenured Googlers in your team sucks big time.
Search team match i did not liked so decided not to chose it
Search teams have boring work. Gcp is expanding and hence work is better. However, gcp leadership is completely hands off.
What about getting promoted to L5a? Wouldn't that bump your TC quite a bit?
Recent L4 L5 might take a year and a half or two, Looking at current state don't want to write useless ERDs just for promotion sake. I want to do more meaningful work now !
Which team were you at in uber currently? I have an offer from uber. Wil help evaluate better Also, is the google tc after negotiation.? I feel you should push a bit lot for the base. My friends who recently got l4 could manage to get just a little less than 40
