Looking for TC range for Manager, Technical consultant at GTech salary(L7). Specifically for India office. Work wise how different is it from Engineering manager? Without competing offers will they offer 20% or more on current salary? Also wanted to know if refreshers for US positions are same as India or different? YOE:14 TC : 1.2 Cr

I work with a startup. Btw this is not just paper money. When the startup got acquired few months back I actually encashed all my stocks. As part of deal post acquisition , I am awarded around 2.5Cr stocks of the public company that acquired it, but that is going to happen in March. So I was wondering if it is worth going through the difficult loop if I won’t get a good increment.
Google could match your salary at the current company, but depending on the Dynamics of your organization at the current it might make more sense to stay where you are
How are refreshers for this level and role? Since refreshers won’t be there for atleast first 18+ months , how does google adjust the first year TC? Do they give Joining bonus similar to Refreshers (doubt as I have heard Refreshers at Google are superb, unlike say Microsoft who can this adjust via Joining bonus) or do they front load stocks?
