What are some resources to prepare for googliness interviews? What types of questions are asked and what are they looking for?

They ask your race, gender and sexual orientation. If they don't like the answer you are out. Well, seriously, just google what's googliness is.

It’s just a standard behavioral interview with situational/hypothetical questions. Your recruiter should send you a PDF about it. Google any behavioral questions and use the STAR method to structure your answers.
