I work there it was annual performance cut that the company has been doing every year, anyone with a 1 rating is getting fired for bad and low performance…

Maybe you were a 1 rating out of 5 and your pissed but that’s okay. Only 1’s we’re removed and 5’s are getting promoted / recognized. It’s performance culture.
I got 4/5. Doesn't change the fact that people's performance was downgraded to meet some arbitrary curve. Stop bootlicking and look up
Performance is subjective.
There are no margins! Company is burning $30M/month! 1 yr runway max. Fidelity just marked down their investment to $1.5B. The pref is $4b so they are officially GoPoof.
