Gopuff vs Sofi
Have two offers currently and am a little confused which one to go for! 2.5 yoe Sofi Senior Sde 180 base 250/4 stock 15% annual bonus Relocation package = 15k Remote for HCOL ( nyc, Seattle, CA) ~270k without sign on Gopuff Sde2 195k base 450/4 stock 10% annual bonus 25k signing Remote for HCOL ( NYC, Seattle, CA) ~327 TC without sign on obviously 110k of it Is paper money right now Update: signed the Gopuff offer! I want optimize for career growth, learning , work life balance. Sofi seem more stable and with better wlb and slightly better benefits (sign off at 2pm on Fridays since covid) and pto up to 6 weeks. Sofi seems like the safer bet and tech stack is java that I'm familiar with, but gopuff is node.js but overall seems to have more engineeers from faang. Sofi most are from random companies or Amazon. Gopuff my immediate team has an engineer from Google and msft and director from FB. Any insight/general advice would be awesome on what I should look for at my career stage! (Got an L60 offer from msft ~170k TC so definitely rejecting that) #engineering Both teams are marketing/ad tech for both companies
Do either have stock refreshers?
Yes don't know specifics though, gopuff I heard is based on performance and I heard somewhere sofi is around 25% but I'm not sure

Nothin special LC easy/medium and system design also on the easier side. Gopuff didn't even have a sys design for sde2
