You seem like a great candidate, especially having the kubernetes experience. I would pushing for max base comp, along with RSUs/bonus.

Maximize your salary since rsu is hard to come by.

πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ», How much should I aim for the base salary? the range is wide from 159K to 207K.

Expedia Group m!AeWPuN82 Jun 20, 2022

Given your YOE, I don't see why you can't ask for 207k. You can say that the TC is too low and since base has a range, you see looking at maximizing that to meet your TC

Where are you located? Are you going into an office or working remote? I’m starting a very similar role as Sprout Social tomorrow and my fully remote offer was $150k base + 27k/yr RSUs. I only have 3 YOE though.

How long did it take after your interview to receive the call about the offer?

I got the call the same day of my last interview. Recruiter said they have decided to move forward with an offer based on the feedback from previous interviews but they waited until all interviewers are done.

Mind sharing final offer? If you accepted, of course.
